The most important part, which some of you aren’t getting, from what I can tell from my last video, is that the eating of COOKED meat, has a SPIRITUAL element to it. Wralda gave us FIRE because we are FRYA. Frya’s element is FIRE.
Frya, the first person of the White Race, knew how important Fire was to us from the very beginning. That this flame was our connection to SOURCE, to WRALDA. The Eternal Flame, kept lit, by the Burgh Matrons. Once the flame was finally put out by treachery and with the help of the Magy, it was a major downfall for our Fryan society.

But we still honored the memory in many ways, such as by having “an Eternal Flame” passed from athlete to athlete until reaching the podium to light the fire for the Olympics.

Also this Eternal Flame is symbolized in the State of Liberty.

This flame, this fire, is a GIFT from Wralda and we honor Him by cooking with it. Praying at the table over COOKED meals is the continuation of our thankfulness to Wralda for giving us fire.

The Magy doesn’t want us to have this connection with Wralda and that is one reason they don’t promote Thanksgiving in the US anymore. Instead they have us focus on their Material god MOON EYE and PROFIT and so have us focus on BLACK Friday.

And notice every diet under the sun is being “peddled” EXCEPT for the one that is the most natural, wholesome, the best for us, WRALDA’S DIET.
Someone said to my friend Joe, that “people cook their food out of FEAR. Fear that the creator didn’t create food good the way it is.” I would say it is the OPPOSITE. People cook their food out of LOVE for WRALDA. For that connection with Him, with source. I would also say that Wralda created Salmonella, Trichinosis and other food parasites to “nudge us” into cooking our food.
So once again, we should be eating what is LOCAL and ENDEMIC to our areas. The food that Wralda placed in our particular zoological zones for our optimal health. We should eat both plant AND animals because that is how Wralda designed us. We should eat as wholesome and organic as we possibly can.
Nuts, berries, strawberries, cherries, apples, pears, plums, walnuts, salmon, trout, deer, elk, quail, grouse, and cow, lamb and chickens are all made for the North- for the Fryans.
We should drink RAW milk.
Eat RAW cheeses.
Drink from the Burn
And I forgot to mention something really important too, that is about the WATER. If we look to nature we see ALL animals drinking water straight from the lakes, streams, rivers, creeks, puddles etc.

Only man has removed himself from nature and had to buy his water in stores. In plastic bottles with sodium chloride added or sodium fluoride.
How did we let our selves become so deceived?
Drinking straight from the flowing waters is invigorating.
Even Man’s best friend drinks straight from the source if given the opportunity.
Well we should be drinking it “straight from the burn” as Scotland Sean says, “from running water, from the LIVING water, nature’s water.” Sean fills his glass bottles with this water straight from the creek near where he lives. Sometimes, he says, the water looks a little discolored and people have asked him if he is drinking piss water!
Now THIS is the piss water you should be drinking! Nature’s water from the source, NOT the waste product from your body. It has never made him ill, on the contrary, he is never sick! Could it actually protect him from the toxins that are plaguing us? He told me he NEVER gets sick, NEVER gets the Flu or a Cold. NEVER.
Now water from the burn might not be easy for you to get, if you live in the city. Then I would definitely go to the Health Food Store and grab your water from there and put it in glass bottles.

But if you do live in nature than I would get yourself some of nature’s water straight from the burn! I have been doing it for a few weeks now and I feel wonderful! And it’s FREE! It’s FRYA- FREE. As Wralda intended! No way would He have us have to PAY for His Nature’s water. Our life force.

So hopefully you can see that Wralda’s intended diet for us is very simple. We live off of the land, from what He provides, for optimal health. One day soon, I feel, we will be having a reset and be FORCED to live off of the land once again. Nature’s reset. Getting us back to source, to how things should be once again. Would recommend Iodine tablets or a filter. Make use of that fire and bring it to a boil if large amounts are consumed.

From Scotland Sean as well: “You just need to use common sense when drinking from a stream. Know your area. Make sure it is not near a farm with livestock. The farm may have an outlet into the stream putting animal waste into it. There may be dead livestock lying in the stream further up contaminating the flow. I always look for a fast flowing, bubbling stream to drink from. In the summer months when streams are flowing lazy I use a hand held water purifier to pump the water through before drinking. The higher up you can go near the source the better where the stream is tumbling steeply down through the steeper parts of the stream and taking in lots of oxygen is the better area I would say. It’s just like everything else we just need to judge well when doing so. And of course when you do take the lid off your collecting bottle to drink the water you want to make sure you hear all the sounds of nature that have been collected by that water as it tumbled down the stream. Haha.”
Hei Rosette! Ive enjoyed Your journey of truth and learned much from you. This doesn’t really fit this topic but I hope you read it.
I have a few insights I think would answer some of your questions and fill in your missing pieces.
1. The wheel is also a symbol of reincarnation. I think the pages burnt in the oera linde book actually was about reincarnation. The cycle of life is not baby‐child-adult-old-dead-stay dead but rather baby-child-adult-old-dead-baby-child.. and so on into inperpetuity.
My understanding is that the soul is electromagnetic and goes to the underworld to recharge after death. The soul is later put into a new body that resonates with your soul.
God put us here in a world with good and evil so that we could cultivate wisdom through seeing the consequences of our actions.
2. Though the heathens did indeed believe in multiple forces/gods there was just one highest God. The same goes for Christianity, lots of lesser gods (angels) but only one highest God. To call Christianity but not heathenism monotheistic is therefore in my eyes wrong.
3. Magic is not inherently evil. It can be used for good or bad and can be used correctly or incorrectly. Magic in itself just the knowledge and use of electromagnetism to change the world.

Yes I agree with the immortality of the wheel and came to the same conclusion separately. That we come in to the wheel baby, child, adult, old man, then we have some regeneration time, and pop back in. The ouroboros symbolized this. I don’t agree we go to an “underworld”. In the OLB it mentions the watch stars. We come from above and go back to the “above”. Ages are cyclical, just as the seasons are. We are in the Age of Man (Iron), the basest age, but once this world passes we will be in a Golden Age again. The Golden Age would be as the baby, new life. We are in the Iron Age, old man in his death throws.
Even is the “heathens” believed in one highest God, that is NOT our original religion, but religion tainted by the Magy. Christianity used the pagan religion as their base, sprinkled in some truth from Fryan history and tweaked it, and added some real BS by inserting the small hats.
Magy is MAGI BS. We did not believe in magic, mysticism, etc. and once we opened our minds to it were subverted. I will be doing two presentations that should shed light on our discussion here.

We are not designed to eat animals. If we were, we wouldn’t need to cook them so that we don’t get sick and die. We are frugivores, we eat plants. Fruits, greens, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. Eating dead animals is consuming violence and death.
I do not agree if we were frugal, collectors and essentially herbivores we would have a dentition similar to ruminants and a similar organic structure with different filtering organs dedicated to cleavage like different stomachs, instead our dentition that includes both canines and molars suggests that we may have been born omnivores as this article suggests, greetings

Their bodies were glorified by Christ in the twinkling of an eye and put on immortality. After the 1000 years the Devil was released from the pit for a short season, that appears to be what we are in now. Post Armageddon, judging from all the Mud-flood evidence. So, as we make battle with the evil one for the remainder of our stay in mortality, let us seek wisdom and knowledge in the best places remaining, and do our best to stay free. Idk how anyone has derived anything about a Christ or Satan or a 1000 year reign based on the OLB. That would have to come from the bible which imo is esoteric and allegorical . Why can we only have peace for 1000 yrs. Sounds like the swapping of elitists ruling families to me.
